Woody was born and raised in the rural town of Kennett which is situated in the heart of Missouri’s “bootheel.”  His objective is to offer outstanding comprehensive dental care in an efficient, affordable manner while bringing a touch of southern hometown hospitality straight out of his rural Missouri upbringing.

Dr. Woody has spent countless hours taking continuing education courses and focuses on modern dentistry in a relaxed and familiar environment. Patients of all ages appreciate his caring personality and excellent chairside manner. He always strives to provide every patient with the highest standard of care. 

Dr. Woody completed his Bachelors of Science from the University of Missouri, Kansas City in 2001. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the UMKC School of Dentistry in 2006. After graduating from dental school he attended Southern Illinois University for further training in the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program for two years. It was there that he gained invaluable knowledge in treatment of more advanced cases ranging from oral surgery to implant and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Woody enjoys running and has participated in several half-marathons. He also prides himself in a very green lawn and also loves doing yardwork. He and his wife Missy live in O’Fallon, IL, have two sons, Cole and Drew and also have one pug, Gracie.
